About Tim Lehan

Tim Lehan is a Raleigh native and has lived in the Triangle for his whole life. Having watched the area change and become a vibrant center, there is no place that he would rather be. Tim feels fortunate to work in a career where he can develop meaningful relationships with clients while providing his deep local knowledge to make sure well informed real estate decisions are made.

When working with Tim, clients are encouraged to be open and inquisitive about process. No question is too off the wall and no number of houses are too many to view. It is an agent's job to be a resource that provides confidence to a client while they make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Professionally ...

While growing up in Raleigh, Tim attended Wake County Public Schools and graduated from Broughton High School in 2003. He then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill studying Political Science and Communications Studies - Rhetoric. During his time at UNC, Tim took a part time job with The Willett Law Firm, PA as a real estate paralegal and worked on property title searches and closings.

In late 2009, Tim made the decision to move from the legal side of the transaction to the sales side when he joined The Glenwood Agency in Downtown Raleigh. His time at TGA led him to a wonderful Downtown Raleigh family and friends as well as a diverse knowledge of both single family housing and the ever changing condo market. He also served in areas of firm Marketing, Website Design, Property Management and Event Planning.

In early 2014, Tim joined the brand-new Century 21 Triangle Group in order to expand his personal brand and better provide for his clients outside of the Downtown Raleigh area. C21TG has grown and expanded very quickly and has become a force in the Triangle area in a short time. The resources available for marketing along with brand recognition has been a powerful ally to Tim's local market knowledge. In 2015, Tim was awarded a Master's Emerald Award for excellence in sales.

Real estate is a personal business, so personal life and business life are often pretty well intertwined and Tim wouldn't have it any other way!

In his free time, Tim loves to spend time with his family and friends in Raleigh as well as volunteer in the community with various boards and organizations. These groups have led to some incredible friendships through very gratifying work.

Lake Gaston is the favorite weekend escape with boating, reading, kayaking, and cooking. Tim's family has been going there since he was born, so any opportunity to slide up to the lake is usually taken.

Carolina sports have been a life long passion as well. A good football tailgate with old friends is hard to beat.

Tim has a 9 year old lab mix named Preston who is a rescue from a Warren County Animal Shelter. He's been a part of the family since 2007 and although Preson acts like a tough guy, he's a softie at heart.

Personally ...
